[ANNOUNCE] uClibc++-0.2.3 released

Hi,

The uClibc team is happy to announce the maintenance-release of
uClibc++-0.2.3

By popular request, a new release is out now, including a few
compatibility tweaks we have accumulated since the last release.

The release can be obtained from the download area of
http://cxx.uclibc.org/

Fixes since the last release incude:

ostream: use width() to output integers
deque: support comparison between deque iteractors and deque const_iterators
map: Ensure that map and mmap swap functions are properly exported
map: Do not create temporary objects in operator[]
string: use some of the base class insert functions to be more complete
