Remove libc/sysdels/linux/cris/bits/mathcalls.h (was: Re: Pointer or hint please (undefined reference on libm hidden symbols))

Found the culprit, there's an old mathcalls.h in 
libc/sysdeps/linux/cris/bits/ . That's the only arch that has its own 
mathcalls.h, from what I can tell all others use 
libc/sysdeps/linux/common/bits/mathcalls.h . Seems to be a remnant of the 
original CRIS port, and hasn't been kept in sync with 
common/bits/mathcalls.h . At that time (2002) it was identical to 
common/bits/mathcalls.h but times have changed.

Anyone have anything against me just removing 
libc/sysdeps/linux/cris/bits/mathcalls.h, which fixes the problem?
