libc_hidden_proto removal

Hi Denys,
among a lot of other stuff, I'm merging into nptl branch your changes
for hidden proto removal. I'd like to test it on nptl.
I've seen that you are commenting out and not removing... I can 
understand and that's fine for me... as well as if you are going to 
remove other parts, I'll synch them immediately.

But, the final definitive removal of the commented libc_hidden_proto
I'd like to happen after the NPTL merge, if possible.
We could live for a while with the comment in the trunk.

Do you agree ?
