The rigth solution IMO is run the tests setting only the C locale
The others one aren't supported when __UCLIBC_HAS_LOCALE__ is off.
Now there are few failures (tst_iswctype, tst_wcswidth and tst_wcwidth)
I'm investigating on their.
The problem has been fixed into the trunk revision 24155.
