Installing headers with 0.9.29 spawns gcc errors

OK. What about this patch, then?
I've successfully built a full toolchain with it:
  binutils-2.17.50.0.14
  linux-2.6.21.1 (headers)
  uClibc-0.9.29 (headers)
  gcc-4.0.4 (C only)
  libfloat-990616
  uClibc-0.9.29 (full)
  gcc-4.0.4 (C, C++)
