rpcgen for uclibc

Hi,

I have created a port of openbsd's rpcgen for use with uclibc:
openrpcgen.

Motivation is that the rpcgen that comes with nfs-utils-1.0.12 does not
produce any good code. See

I have now managed to build db-4.3.29 using the openrpcgen and are
currently running the tests for db.
