udhcpc: Using "deconfig" script as DEFAULT configuration.

This is in README.udhcpc:

deconfig: This argument is used when udhcpc starts, and
when a leases is lost. The script should put the interface in an
up, but deconfigured state, ie: ifconfig $interface 0.0.0.0.

My question is if there is any reason why the "deconfig" part of the
udhcp script shouldn't be used to set up a DEFAULT configuration for
the interface as oposed to a DECONFIGURED state.

In that way, if DHCP fails, or when the lease is lost, the system
falls back to a known IP and still has a working connection.
