x86_64 port update

thanks to Jocke, ive committed the remaining bits for lazy relocation so the 
ldso actually builds ...

threads are obviously broken, but otherwise the port should be at a pretty 
good usuable alpha stage ...

i still need to figure out why in a buildroot, i get this weird behavior:
 - binutils' ar fails to work at all, complaining about unknown file types
 - `file /bin/bash` reports a static binary even though it's clearly dynamic
