gcc-3.4.2 failed to compile some codes.

I agree that it has nothing to do with uClibc.
The code is not wrong, it compiles with gcc-3.3.2 without any problems.
Just read some post that it might be that gcc-3.3.2 should've produced 
error, but it didn't , gcc-3.4.2 fixed this problem.
