want add shared lib support

Hello !

        I am new to the list, wish to ask you more experienced on this list
 what step to follow to have shared lib suport for a new target cpu.

        The binutils/gcc is done but only relocatable+static objects 
suported
olso uClibc is done too but static only, evrithyng works fine i can build 
static busybox.
 In fact its about openrisc cpu from opencores.org.

        Can in very few steps hint what steps to follow ? If can please 
explain very basic steps
in binutils/gcc too.
