if you don't know probably none of us will know better.  It seems you 
are using gcc 3.4.2 so you can download the tar file from one of GCC 
download mirrors  e.g. 
ftp://ftp.mirrorservice.org/sites/sources.redhat.com/pub/gcc/releases/gcc-3.4.2

But it may not be all. Usually there are patches applied on top of base 
tar files. Either you can have a look at buildroot or crossgcc patches 
repository for armeb specific patches.
