IIRC, the libc parts of LSB are basically a binary compatibility
requirement against glibc. Since ld.so and libc.so have different
names, LSB compliant programs would not even be able to finish the
dynamic loading phase of startup. Given that, there is no way to even
test the semantics of the APIs.
