bad file descriptor

Unable to execute /bin/mount.
 
I have
host pc :386, Linux,
Target ppc405. linux.
Kernel version : 2.4.31
Bootom: u-boot

I got buildroot snapshot, and picked up the
kernel header as 2.4.31
binutils ->2.15
gcc->3.3.5


When I load the ramdisk for kernel, I see following  while init executing
inttab, just spinning trying to
execute the /bin files

[.. I enabled some messages for debugging for console ]

keeps on spining here.


Please help me.
