[uClibc] How to Build the actual Linux Kernel

Add the path to the toolchain in your PATH compile, menuconfig, etc with
the following:

e.g.
$ make ARCH=nios2nommu CROSS_COMPILE=nios2-linux-uclibc- menuconfig
$ make ARCH=nios2nommu CROSS_COMPILE=nios2-linux-uclibc- 
$ make ARCH=nios2nommu CROSS_COMPILE=nios2-linux-uclibc- modules

just adjust the arch and the cross_compile variables to match your hw
(e.g. ppc, powerpc-linux-uclibc-; etc etc).
