[uClibc] text relocations on arm

Hello!

I have done some tests, until now I was sure that the toolchain (binutils 
is faulty), but no, uclibc's arm implementation is not PIC aware.

ld-uClibc.so: both ldso.o and arm/resolve.o cause text relocs

libc.so: probably the functions __clone,mmap64,vfork (provided by asm 
code), I am not sure about these.
