[uClibc] Bad PPC toolchain from BuildRoot

I have a 3.4.1 GCC created with crosstool. It will compile both u-boot
and 2.6 kernels. I received messages from another message board that
GCC 3.4.x will not compile a working 2.4 kernel. You are saying that it
works for you? Time for testing. I do get lots of warning messages
during the compile with 3.4.
