Yes!!! :) thnks a lot for your help

btw i found my problem ... there was an issue in uclibc sysctl.h ... 
there was an
#include <linux/sysctl.h> that once commented out let the program 
compile really fine :)
I don't know if i broke something commenting out this line ... i'll see 
soon .
