[uClibc] Bug with POSIXLY_CORRECT

Hi there,

I think I found a bug:

Symptoms
=======
 Patching gcc <any.version.here> failed always on my Gentoo-Installation
and worked on a SuSE 9.2.

Cause
====
 The environment variable POSIXLY_CORRECT was set to 'y' on Gentoo and
so patch doesn't create files (e.g. t-linux-uclibc in gcc/conf/cris/).

Possible solution
===========
 Unsetting (or setting to 'n') POSIXLY_CORRECT at the beginning of the
make-process.

greets,
Tiziano
