error.c and program name

Some adroit grepping discovered the uclibc initialization code, and
amazingly, __progname is already defined and captures argv[0].

So with a little hacking on error.c, uclibc now outputs the program
name just like glibc.

Since no one was forthcoming with their uclibc secrets, maybe I should
hoard mine too ...
