[uClibc] build gcc with uClibc

Buildroot is the best way to go. You could just follow the steps in the
build system and create your own scripts. I also believe some people
have patches against the 'crosstool' scripts to build a uClibc-based
cross toolchain. Look in the 'contrib' directory of the latest 'crosstool'
release or search the ml archives.
