[uClibc] ldconfig/ldd problem tested against uClibc++

Hello!

I have a libuClibc++.so.0.1.3 shared lib w/ soname libuClibc++.so.0. If I 
only have the shared lib and the link to it in /usr/lib and run ldconfig 
it says: 
libuClibc++.so.0 no such file on first run, the following work correctly
if I also add a link libClibc++.so.0.1, then it works on the first run
(caching is enabled)

ldd against libuClibc++.so.0.1.3 shows
libc.so.0 and libgcc_s.so.1, after that
not a dynamic executable
if used against other libs it does not show the message about not a 
dynamic executable)
