[uClibc] building uClibc toolchain for arm

Hi,
    I am trying to build a uclibc toolchain for a pxa250 processor. I built 
up the binUtilities and the gcc, and then build the uclibc. I download a 
uclibc-0.9.26. Make allnoconfig first and then make config to modify the 
Architecher to arm, modify the processor to xscale processer. And then make 
CROSS=arm-linux-
    But I got error message below:
    Can anyone help me with that? Thank you very much!
