[uClibc] buildroot problems for target armeb

i am developing an embedded router on an arm5eb platform
yesterday i finally got arround to try out uclibc+buildroot as
has been suggested to me by a coworker

i am really impressed after half an hour building i got a running
system for the embedded system(tried via nfs)

though one thing didn't work out the gcc_target got
build for the wrong platform
a printout of the filetype of the various cc's build
as well as a diff of the Makefile against cvs

any help will greately be appreciated
  (as i would be very happy to entirely forget
   about the existence of snapgear's toolchain)
