[uClibc] toolchain question

Is there any documentation on the uClibc toolchain build script/Makefile?

I would like to build an xscale toolchain with multi-lib support for big and
little endian, but running the build with multi-lib enabled didn't do this,
I only got a little endian build.  What should I do to have a little and big
endian build of uClibc for my toolchain?
