hello Erik and Manuel and all who works above creation uclibc
for a time was going i to thank all of you for the excellent project
i hope / that the future linux for uclibc

in january 2004 i porting opie-1.0.3-cvs on lfs-5.0-clone x86 system
the screenshot of crude assembly to be here
http://www.linux.org.ru/profile/_white2/view-message.jsp?msgid=457570

further i have decided to proceed completely to uclibc
in february 2004 i also successfully porting opie-1.0.3-cvs on
uclibc-0.9.26 x86 system
in this system it is used linux-kernel-2.6.x
as i use kernel patches from www.selenic.com
i plan to place a screenshot of tuned opie on ulibc-system in the near future

the following step i plan to transform received minimalist os
to all in ram working / booting from usb flash-drive and work on /
for example /
via nano-itx ebga socket 370 with via cle266 + via eden-n 1 ghz nanobga +
fan-less sink ? + nano-case ? + 512 / 256 ? mb so-dimm pc2100 ? + ac ? +
+ / probably :) leadtech x-eye head display / +
+ everything from digital radio / up to module gsm / gprs / wlan /
all time turn on system
maybe / some subnote platform can used also
i assume to place a base variant on > = 32 mb fd or
> = 128 mb fd with gcc-3.3.2/3.4 / perl and etc

i did not execute special tests for now / but as far /
as it is possible to judge
collected linux-kernel-2.6.2 + uclibc with opie gui /
x-less at all / exclude some libs / only fb / system fastest in speed /
all similar minimalist and not only / modern systems
and it at excellent graphics interface /
and more than a full set of most often used programs

once again thanks for all
with the best regards
