[uClibc] LD_LIBRARY_PATH in uClibc

Hello!

if I use "export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}:." and LD_LIBRARY_PATH 
was empty, then the "." is not working either (no libs can be found in 
the current dir). glibc tolerates this.
