[uClibc] #error including kernel header in userspace

Hello,
My uclibc build fails with the following message:

include/linux/config.h:#error including kernel header
in userspace; use the glibc headers instead!

I am trying to build uClibc-0.9.26 on Fedora Core 2
(kernel 2.6.5). 

Any help?
