[uClibc] Compiling toolchain under Cygwin?

Don't get me wrong, getting the stuff to work under cygwin seems
really 'nifty' to me, but don't tell me you plan to develop a
GNU/Linux system using Windows as your devel platform.

I've seen the results of such approaches and it's not pretty :-/
