[uClibc] Beginning of documentation for Buildroot

Hey this looks like a great start.

Under 'Obtaining Buildroot' you have that buildroot is only available
via cvs. buildroot is however also available as compressed tarball
snapshots http://uclibc.org/downloads/snapshots/
