No it only compiles the ssp support functions and adds a call to the
__guard_setup() in the __uClibc_start_main() function.
Your compiler must also support the extension.
By default none of the buildroot's/toolchain setups include the patch
for it.

If anybody does add the patch for buildroot/toolchain's gcc-uclibc-*.mk
please post it here.
