[uClibc] bogus change to <sys/cdefs.h>?

I had to update cdefs.h when I updated several other headers.  There
wasn't any reason for the change in question though.  I simply swapped
in the new file and that was part of the upstream changes.

Sorry for the inconvenience.  I wasn't aware of this since I've never
looked at the relevant config files that closely and since it didn't
affect any of the archs I typically build for.
