[uClibc] PATCH: uclibc convenience wrapper

Hi all,

I've made a patch to include a "uclibc" convenience wrapper to the 
default build process. Basically this is a simple script (installed in 
/usr/bin) that wraps the exporting of the PATH, very similar to 
dietlibc's "diet" function. This allows the user to call "uclibc make" 
instead of exporting the PATH manually first.

This has the following benefits:

1. The user don't have to remember the uClibc path;
2. The path is only exported for that single call, returning to "normal" 
after the build call.

Please consider this for inclusion.
