[uClibc] err, warn, errx, warnx, and friends

I'm trying to build the ipsec-tools package (a derivative of KAME) against
uClibc. ipsec-tools seems to rely heavily on the BSD warn(), warnx(),
err(), and errx() functions. I see that uClibc comes with the
include err.h that has prototypes for these functions, but I don't see any
code for them in the actual library.

Should I attempt to add them to uClibc, or should I try to patch
ipsec-tools so it doesn't need them?
