[uClibc] initfini changing to arch-spec versions

Hello!

Do you really consider changing initfini to arch-specific versions of 
crti and crtn? Probably this would help providing Scrt1.o(binutils -pie 
option) and/or crt1S.o for ET_DYN binaries.
If yes, when do you want to do these changes?
