[uClibc] Buildroot, again

The locale configuration options are those included in the
uClibc.config-locale file in buildroot.  However, I'm not sure that's an
issue, since I've received these same errors trying to build w/out locale
support.

What are your locale configuration options for buildroot and uClibc?
