Have you done a 'cvs up' recently in your buildroot?  If you
remove sources/dl/uClibc-* and use the latest does it still
happen?  Can you find the config.log file which shows the reason
why configure is failing?  What does it show?  Since I am not
seeing any such problem here...

I dunno man.  I rebuild the entire tuxscreen buildroot early
this morning and flashed my tuxscreen phone.  And it works.
