[uClibc]openssh problem with buildroot

architecture: i386
uClibc: 0.9.16

I'm using the latest buildroot to compile the ssh and the build 
environment.  When it get to the openssh configure, the following error 
occurs.


checking whether OpenSSL's headers match the library... no
configure: error: Your OpenSSL headers do not match your library
make: *** 
[/home/jeremy/buildroot/buildroot/build/openssh-3.4p1/.configured] Error 1
