[uClibc]text file busy

Ok -

	It turns out that uclibc was interacting badly with grsecurity and
causing the run-once only issue with 'text file busy'. I did not iterate
thru the various options to discover exactly which option settings were
mucking with things but disabling grsecurity seems to have elimited the
problem. Perhaps it's agressive manipulation of the layout of the
executables is to blame. But at any rate, this is unfortunate, espically
because uClibc also is incompatible with libsafe (although libsafe should
be easier to fix than grsecurity).
