[uClibc]fix gcc-uClibc.c for -nostartfiles and -shared..

Okay I'm nearly sure this patch makes the wrapper act like gcc in all
things startup fileish...

It's very close to the last patch I submitted, just setting ctor_dtor to 0
for nostdlib nostartfiles cases..

Anyone see any problems with this one? if not, please apply,
