[uClibc]building development environment and need wget

hi,

i build a development environment with static linked compiler and tools
and need wget too. but i cannot resolve hostnames because at this moment i
have no libc installed in my chroot environment. this will be the next
step. is there a workaround for this issue. can i compile wget with dns
libraries staticly before i compile my system-uclibc ?
