[uClibc]Buildroot for a complete development distro?

Pardon me if I sound twisted, but could someone outline how one could
build up a development distro using LFS and the buildroot?

That would be of great use to embedded developers as they won't have to
really bother about crosscompiling et all, just work on the distro itself
and you've got what you want to deliver.
