[uClibc]MIPS shared libs not working for lib loading

Erik - I think this might be something to put prominently in the uclibc FAQ
or README for the time being? Since mips-linux developers are probably not
touching unistd.h any time soon, this issue is likely to reappear for a
while.
Of course, Steven can amaze me (as he often does) with a fix, and make this
a non-issue. :)

The 'dlopen' call should be working just fine as I am using DirectFB
with uClibc which uses 'dlopen' a LOT. There is, however, a problem
using the latest Linux kernel headers for MIPS, specifically the
file 'include/asm-mips/unistd.h'. You need to use a 2.4.16 or 2.4.17
version of that file as the latest header does not work. I need to
investigate this when I get back from OLS.
