[uClibc]question on ldconfig

I ran ldconfig this morning and after fixing my host files and running it
the correct way (-r /path/to/embedded/root) have some questions. I first
ran it in debug mode and got the following warning.

warning: //lib/libcrypt-0.9.12.so has inconsistent soname (libcrypt.so.0)

What does this mean and can I ignore this? Why the double / at the
beginning of the path name? The toolchain works but when I see a warning
I get a little nervous that something in the build went wrong. There
were a few errors when I built the toolchain that make decided to
ignore. I didn't investigate these but maybe I should have.
