Yup.  :)  Works just great. I guess I should have fixed
the comment before now...  Sorry for not announcing that
and making you do all that extra work.

For example, when I build e2fsprogs-1.25 configure has
no problem detecting that we have lseek64 and open64,
and it compiles right up and it works just fine.
