[uClibc]ftp and telnet don't work

Dear everyone.

I have used uClinux on my target platform which is baed on ARM940T.
I have completed test using uc-libc.
But I have changed the library from uc-libc(libc) to uClibc for using pthread library in the application.
But there is something strange during the test.
the ftp and telnet don't work.
If I run the ftp or telnet on the sash, it shows error message like this, (undeifned instruction exception)

but the other application such as busy box, ping, route, ifconfig do work well,
also the application ftp, telnet, which is built from the uc-libc environment, work well.

Could you help me for solving this probelm?
