It wouldn't be too hard to take 'dn_expand' from glibc
(glibc-2.2.5/resolv/res_comp.c and glibc-2.2.5/resolv/ns_name.c)
and patch it into openldap (or into uClibc).  Its a bit late to
get this into 0.9.13, but if you send me a clean patch I'll
consider it for uClibc 0.9.14,
