[uClibc]Execute perms on libs

Hello oh father.
Sorry to hear abou the layoff. I can offer replacement for that but can 
probably offer a new home for uclibc, if needed. I've registered "uclibc" @ 
sourceforge. The current objective for that project is to host precompiled 
software using uclibc. I guess that can change.
