[uClibc]signal and math lib wierdness on ARM

I just found and fixed the ARM sighandling bug.  I havn't
looked into the math lib ARM endianness problem yet.

Oh and I added large file (> 2gig) support, if enabled
in the config.  I made a quick test of it with fdisk and
it worked for me...
