[uClibc]mke2fs build against uClibc

I do not have any problems to use mke2fs and e2fsck for the distribution kit 
on 1.44 floppy disk. I have connected to busybox e2fsprogs and without
additional changes
could compile it on modern versions uclibc. The size too is not great, precisely
I can not
tell, but that it not big 100k (not compress) I is precisely sure.
