When using buildroot, uClibc needs to be configured with the
UCLIBC_SUPPORT_AI_ADDRCONFIG option (make uclibc-menuconfig, then
Networking/Support the AI_ADDRCONFIG flag). This is how support for
getifaddrs() and <ifaddrs.h> are made available.
